Doing research late at night? Have questions how to find a book or article on your topic? Need some professional guidance, or just an answer to a concrete question?
Now you can chat with a reference librarian at any time with our new service Ask Us 24/7, which is available on our library web site.
Ask Us 24/7 is a cooperative library service which staffs the virtual reference desk around the clock seven days a week, to answer questions from our students and other patrons of our library. The librarian you will be chatting with will probably not be from our own library; however, the librarian is trained to answer questions professionally and thoroughly. After your chat session, you will receive a transcript of your session sent to your email address if you provided one. You will also be invited to answer a short survey to help us improve the quality of the service. To initiate the chat session, go to the library home page and just click on the logo that says Ask Us 24/7, which will open a chat window, and then type your question.
